Some of us just can’t wrap our mind around how to prep for multiple meals at the same time. And it was tricky for me too until I did it over and over and over again. I am no expert, let me assure you, but I have learned some valuable lessons about timing, what to make on prep day and what to save for “eating” day, and how to think strategically about ingredients.
